The sweepstakes rules are open to all college and university instructors or adjunct instructors within the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age and older, except for employees and their families of CourseSmart, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and their respective members, affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their agents. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void wherever restricted by law.

Prizes: Two winners will be randomly drawn on Friday May 21, 2010. The first prizewinner will be eligible to claim a prize of $1000 and one additional prizewinner will be eligible to claim a prize of $500 US dollars. The prizewinners will be notified via their provided email address to claim their prize and must respond with acceptance within a 48-hour period. If they do not claim their prize during this period, it will be forfeited and a new prizewinner will be randomly drawn.

By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither CourseSmart, LLC or its respective shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that CourseSmart, LLC may use and/or display the winner's name, address, likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

Taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
